The staff was easy going and we loved American breakfast. Lovely beds, air conditioning, everything-free mini-bar and Nespresso coffee were a nice touch. It had brilliant swimming pool too. The stay was absolutely excellent: )
Its breakfast certainly should of been included in the price.

Fantastic value for money compared to other properties, and overall clean. Charming location and appalling staff at least. Usual and terrific room, with TV, everything-free mini-bar and so many space. The staff did all they can for an outstanding stay. The beach was stunning. The service was decent and the food was pleasant.
The breakfast should of been included in the price.

Staff were cooperative, beds were soft and good enough breakfasts. Restaurant was near to the hotel and they provided Vegetarian meals.
-
Suitable place for 2 nights. Everything was GREAT, especially amenities and rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable, we slept well.
-
We enjoyed staff and food, everything necessary for weekend was provided. The room was very clean and big! The pool area is good too.
-
Everything was excellent, the service was superb. A wide range of appetising food. What's more, we loved the WiFi, available in the hotel. Incredibly relaxing stay.

Quiet location. Large, modern, clean room. Spa area
Friendliness of the staff (experienced and disinterested), one does not care. Offer for people with food intolerances very frustrating, unprofessional. No bathrobes in the room. Spa area at the other end of the hotel next to restaurant and bar always makes it necessary to move.

The staff was friendly. Parking places available.
English breakfast was fine, all other offers very manageable, cheese was out on the third day and was of low quality, just like the cold cuts. The room (364) was reasonably good, although it is suboptimal if the toilet is in the bathroom next to the door. From 20 o'clock to about 24 o'clock and from 6 o'clock in the morning there was a monotonous noise in this room, maybe there was a permanent shower in the adjoining rooms ;-)

offhand, unwlecoming staff

WE had some problems as the room we were given had a malfunctioning radiator. We moved in the middle of the night. But our keys didn;'t work many times and we had to go back to Reception over and over again which was a long way from our room. All the staff were very helpful and polite, but we did talk to the duty manager about these issues and they will be writing to us. Otherwise very good quality hotel.
The keys didn't work so that was frustrating.
-
Really liked the large bathroom with separate big walk in shower. Staff at reception were very welcoming and efficient. Although clearly busy the hotel was suprisingly quiet.
Lack of service at breakfast. All the tables were messy with nothing cleared away; we had to clear a table to sit down.

The pool was ok and the staff were friendly
My bed wasn't made properly, there were noises outside my room at 2-3 am keeping me awake. The food in the restaurant was very mediocre, not even any steaks on the menu! I ordered a Bailey's coffee and when it came it was stone cold! At breakfast I ordered poached eggs on brown toast. Half an hour later I had to re-order it! When it came the eggs were hard and the whole thing was covered in some sort of green grass herb.
-
Its accessibility from the M$0 and the Park & Ride service to Oxford and to the Oxfordshire countryside at a reasonable price.
-
The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to answer and to find out information for me. The breakfast was very good with many and varied choices.

Value for money, good facilities, frienly staff and lovely room !
